Estimates

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if the condition, size, or accessibility of the windows differs from what was originally described.

Scheduling

Service dates and times are subject to change due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify customers of any scheduling changes.

Weather Conditions

Window cleaning services may be postponed due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions. In these cases, we will reschedule the service as soon as possible.

Property Access

​

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed, including unlocking gates or moving obstacles if necessary.

Payment

​

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept various forms of payment including cash, check, or electronic payment methods.​

Liability

​

While we take every precaution to protect your property, TD True Clean LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or surrounding structures.

​

Any additional work requested beyond the original estimate may result in additional charges.
